I originally visited because I needed some basic incontinence products for my elderly aunt, but when I saw the huge selection readily available, I soon returned. I’ve been there four times since then, and they have accommodating hours of operation too (which is especially helpful when dealing with small emergencies that older folks have). I had a very positive experience at Modern DME. They offer a wide range of therapy and medical equipment, and the service is efficient and well-managed. I especially want to thank Iman for his outstanding help. He is patient, professional, and incredibly kind. Highly recommend! I had a prescription for diabetic shoes and i called and spoke with Mr. Hamed who was very kind and polite. I came in and was helped and measured by Kimberly who was helpful and patient. I received my shoes very quickly! Very happy with their service.
