hmmm . . . a bit dated and an obvious collection of made in china knock offs - if that's even possible. a knock off of a knock off? i'm sure they mean well, but it's worth doing a bit more homework and shopping the stores on western avenue as well.
Great Modern Furniture Modern Design Sofas has great sofas that are the best value that we have found anywhere. The staff there was really friendly and not pushy at all. The have so many great styles and colors!!
Over Promise, Under Deliver – Great product at a great price. Customer service can only be characterized as OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER. The holidays resulted in delivery delays. Every call was answered with we are sorry, we will take care of it. Last call resulted in e-mail saying I would be called when the sofa arrived and placed at the top of the delivery list. We will try to get you your sofa in a couple of days. Next day I get a call from the delivery company, not MDS and they say we can deliver in three or four days or... read more
We love our couch! – We wanted to thank Stacey for helping us with our sofa purchase! We received it about three weeks ago and it has turned out great. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. We did have to wait an extra week for our fabric because it was on backorder and otherwise we couldnt be happier.
Im a happy customer! – I can tell you we had a wonderful experience with MDS. We shopped our tails off and ended up buying from them. Our sofa was made in LA and came in about 4 weeks just as described. I wanted to thank Tina for her great help and wish you all luck! Thank you
China Knockoffs and bad service – The first thing you should know is that EVERYTHING from this place is a cheap knockoff from China. It will take months to arrive and will be terrible quality. I bought a sofa from this place and wish I hadn't. The fabric is loose and wrinkly and the overall shape has loose lines and is very cheaply made. As a matter of fact, once I paid for it, they didn't return my calls until I kept calling them. Great customer service! – I liked this store because if the no-nonsense, no-pressure attitude of its salesperson, Anthony. They sell a lot of items but not so many as to overwhelm you, and the quality of merchandise seems very good. You just might find a relatively inexpensive, modern-looking sofa that speaks to you. Quite a few display items were also on sale at the time of my visit.
