IF YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF SHOP HERE. Purchased an engagement ring marked down from $2000 and it was appraised for $30. George, with the glasses, claimed he was the store manager. And refused to rectify the situation. Terrible customer service skills. The other salesman offered me $100 but when in front of George he denied that claim. They would not tell me when the owner would be in store but he's the only one that can do anything. Take your money to Kay on the second level walk pass these guys they will rip you off.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received I spent a good amount of money with these guys I bought a watch and a ring both of the bands of the watch popped I noticed a little crack on the face of the watch I’m not to happy with the rings price but it was like a rush thing I’m sorry I wouldn’t recommend no one to them. I don’t like dealing with anyone for just a sale never mind if the customer is satisfied
