I had a great experience with Modern Desert Roofing. The quote included an itemized list of products being used. I was able to compare to the other estimates. The estimate came in lower and the materials were better quality, with a better warranty. The work was done professionally and the roof looks amazing. I live in a HOA and the drip flash had to be painted, so the owner brought the material over early so I could paint it ahead of time. Modern Desert Roofing did an outstanding job. We contracted them to replace the underlayment on my mom's home in Green Valley. The crew was great. Arrived on time, stayed late, kept the yard and back patio cleaned up during the entire job. Now load music and were very curious to my mom. They provided me with finished photos for my records.
We were very pleased with the installation of our roof. The price was reasonable -just a little over $20,000, which was close to the original quote. The workers were very efficient, professional, and worked very hard every day and made sure the area was cleaned up before they left every day.
