I hired MDR to do a complete replacement of a 32 year old flat roof (hot tar built up). Their estimate was detailed, listing all the specific materials to be used. The price was a good value considering the high quality materials used. The work crew was friendly, showed up every day on time, and worked hard to complete the job in 6 days. I replaced the roof on our home in 2023 and within 8 months it started to fail. After going through the ROC process, I hired Modern Desart roofing to overlay the old roof. They are professional, easy to work with, and do what they say they will do. They kept the job site clean and finished on the schedule they committed to. They were everything the previous contractor was not. I would recommend them for any roofing project that you may have.
They were prompt and did a very professional job. The workers were extremly knowleable about the work they were doing and kept me informed of the status of their work.

He came out and looked at the roof. He climbed a ladder and looked around also, using Google Earth and a drone, he got pictures. My house was built in 1994 and still had the original underlayment.
