Modern Desert Roofing was a pleasure to work with.. They have done several roofs (recoat job) and everyone has been pleased with them.
I was extremely pleased with Modern Desert Roofing. They arrived when scheduled and worked very hard on each day. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned up everything. The workers were both professional and very courteous.
Modern Desert Roofing did an excellent job in the reroofing of our home. Tony and Edgar and their employees were professional and courteous throughout the time they replaced our roof, tile, and the installation a new large skylight in our garden room connecting to our home. They communicated their progress with me every day, and offered very practical suggestions to help make our roof as long lasting as possible. Their price was reasonable, and I will recommend them to my family and friends to take care of their roofs, too.
This entire experience has been stressful and disappointing. From the initial consultation to the final result, there were issues at every stage. The lack of communication, inconsistent work quality, and failure to properly address the needs of an aging roof have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I had hoped to invest in a solution that would give me peace of mind, but instead, I’m left worrying about what problems might come up next. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone dealing with an older home
