I hired MDR to do a complete replacement of a 32 year old flat roof (hot tar built up). Their estimate was detailed, listing all the specific materials to be used. I replaced the roof on our home in 2023 and within 8 months it started to fail. After going through the ROC process, I hired Modern Desart roofing to overlay the old roof. They are professional, easy to work with, and do what they say they will do. They kept the job site clean and finished on the schedule they committed to. They were everything the previous contractor was not. I would recommend them for any roofing project that you may have.
