Unfortunately, the front desk experience at this practice has been consistently poor, and today was the tipping point for me. Always a great experience with Dr Robinson and staff.
I was a patient at Modern Dermatology in Westport for over 3 years. A brown spot on my cheek was repeatedly dismissed as acne, and filler was even added to it --which another doctor later said should never have been done. When I switched offices, a biopsy immediately revealed invasive basal cell carcinoma. I required Mohs surgery, leaving a 5-inch scar down the middle of my cheek.
