Highly professional organization as a whole. My doctor was brilliant, personable, informative, quick, and thorough. I left feeling like I had been understood and taken care of as a patient. If I had less than solid things to say, it is my utter disdain for annoying and automated confirmation messages that nag at me to remember an appointment. I do use a calendar for goodness sake.
