They kept trying to push braces on me despite no other dentist ever telling me I needed braces. They were making the claim that I was going to have tooth decay if I didn't get braces which is absurd. On top of that they scheduled me out 6 months and then expected me to know when my appointment was and then when I missed my appointment are now sending me a bill for $50. Thanks for the terrible customer service!
