I have been going to the Downtown San Diego office since I moved here 2 years ago. Always was able to see me at 7:00 am. This year they canceled me due to not having anyone there until 8:00. So I rescheduled for 2 weeks out for the 7:00 am appointment. I received texts reminding me to be there by 7:00. When I arrived I was told that the dental hygienist is not in until 8:00.
