From the minute I walked in, the receptionist had a nasty attitude and was extremely rude to my wife when she had a question. Mind you she had no problem chatting up w her friend. 2nd assistant had absolutely no personality and also gave me attitude for asking a question. Dr.Kim was fine, but the receptionist/assistants (2 blondes girls) were absolutely horrible. For a place that is service driven, they lacked it in every possible way.
