I am writing this review to warn others. I came in for a cleaning and left with a damaged tooth. The hygienist used a stainless steel tool on an area of exposed, non-sclerotic dentin. There are softer tools that can be used for this scenario but they did not. The dentist came in and pointed out that a significant portion of the tooth was now gone and needed to be fixed.
