I just moved to NC from MA in late January and it was tike to find a new dentist. Found Dr. Shepherd's office online and had good response time from when I put in my inquiry to actually going in for the first time. They fit me in so quickly and had a great time with Amy! She was so amicable and we shared some laughs. She was also very gentle and even gave me some tips on concerns I had listed. Overall, just great experience with everyone and will be coming back :)
The staff are both expert and welcoming…a rare combination. I recently had a crown fitted… The whole process was great…painless, time efficient, and with an excellent result.
Dr. Shepard, his technical staff, and receptionist are always professional, polite, informative, and very pleasant to associate with. I believe they would be great people to hang out with. Oh yea, he is a great dentist too.
