As a mother, you want nothing more than to put your children in good hands and trust that their care will be handled with compassion and professionalism. I specifically asked to have only the back of my teeth cleaned, but instead she worked on the front and left large gaps between my bottom front teeth. It looks like she poked into them, and now I have noticeable spaces that weren't there before. I regret coming here for this cleaning. The dentist is disrespectful, staff is okay.

I’d give zero stars if it allowed me too. The absolute worst dentist I’ve been too. You can hardly understand her. No bed side manners. Although I came in for one specific issue, I had a slew of issues which she should have addressed once seeing the X-rays. Did she? No! Just awful. If you're not Asian I wouldn't recommend. If you read the bad reviews you'll notice they are all from non-asians. Hmmm. Her english and bed-side manners are horrible. Staff is okay. Dr. Shin gets three thumbs down. And their response to the negative reviews says everything. Do yourself and your teeth a favor and do not go there. Unprofessional.
