The guy who cut my hair was cutting it like he was in a hurry to go to lunch or something. The cut average and charged me $40 for which it was advertised for $35. Also asked for cash as they said the EFTPOS machine was not working (even though they "accepted" cards. But when I said that I had no cash, he then accepted payment. Really poor customer service and will never go back again. Terrible experience.
Terrible, went a few years back and got a rushed haircut that hurt and left me with little cuts, had no choice but to return recently with a friend - he was left with little cuts & complained it hurt while the lady cutting my hair didn't understand 'short and spikey' or 'no shorter' both left very unhappy
Great to walk into a salon without an appointment & have Helena colour & style my hair! I'm really pedantic on who I let blow wave my hair as it's very thick and some hairdressers can't manage to get it straight & completely dry. From start to finish Helena was fantastic, really enjoyed the head massage & coffee as I got my hair done. Very happy & got exactly what i asked for. Thank you ♥️
