I finally found a place that gave me the color I was looking for and then some!! It’s been a while since I loved my hair… and as it gets healthy again.. I know exactly where I will be going. My partial highlights were perfect.. and the different colors of toners that were blended made the perfect color for my complexion I also noticed while I was there… everyone there did incredible work.!
