My family built our house with Modern Construction and we could not be happier with the product and the process. The overall quality of the home is much higher than any other builder we have seen. Several items that are considered upgrades with other builders that we met with are standard options with Modern Construction. Worst nightmare building our forever home. Our experience with him was all talk and no action. Ultimately, we couldn’t come to an agreement on the quality of the finishes and craftsmanship on our home. We are deeply disappointed. Keep looking!

The clients and I agreed on a plan and we developed a 4 page specification sheet for all of the finishes as well as a 19 page craftsmanship standards sheet. This is something we do for all new construction work to inform customers of industry accepted standards. We completed a 30 day punch out after move in and were almost complete with the 1 year punch out as well.
