Very professional and courteous. Completed the repairs and roof on schedule at a reasonable price. They kept us apprised throughout the entire project. Upon completion they gave us a video of all the work done. We would use them again.

Brian is an excellent communicator, so important when the entire roof and 10 large skylights had to be replaced. He's thorough and accurate in his estimates and delivered high quality work. If you need a roof replaced or repaired, I would highly recommend you include Brian and Modern Roofing in the bid process.
