The BOSS is racist and RUDE!!! They ripped me off!!!! Today I asked them how much they charge to fix a printer and they said $45!!! Yeah right I aint payin that much!!!!! SO IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF GO TO MODERN COMPUTER SYSTEMS!!!!!
I did business with Jonas and quite frankly he consistently does not tell the truth and even though he finally refunded me my money month's later he debates and argues every point because he is never wrong and he has an answer for everything. Honestly- you just never know what you are walking into. He will sell you things way over cost and tell you he gave you a discount. I have done business with this place putting up with promised deadlines that never come through as well as being treated with a sense of arrogance by the owner. His last job for me was to repair a computer that it took him weeks to complete and then he never gave me the AC Adapter cord back after he promised that he would mail it. He is always talking how he values class but he does not treat others with class. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. this place sucks... the man is CHEAP and ripped me off. he said the 85$ diagnostic fee is standard, but if we can fix it, we'll credit the $85 dollars toward the repair instead of charging BOTH. \he tells me it's ok to pick up, come by tomorrow, we open on sunday at 11... HIS OFFICE WAS CLOSED. i made special trip to pick up my laptop, and NO ONE was in the office. when i went back on monday, the manager wasn't there, and ended up charging me 250 for replacing a hard drive that... read more
Jonas has been taking care of me and my friends here for years. Always come to him with all our problems and we get em fixed and get em faster then anywhere else. I wouldnt trust any other tech.
Well i came in because i thought my computer was dust.. i had a dead hard drive and they recovered my data (pics of old family members passed away ect..) they took my tower and rebuilt a system inside of it, and they did this all within three days.. they set me up with everything i needed and even downloaded programs i used to have back to my system.. very resonable prices. Jonas and Alex really pulled through for me.. best buy told me it was a paperweight... MODERN COMPUTERS gave my computer a second life.. THANKS GUYS
This guy is a big time liar and I would never recommend anyone to this place because all this guy wants to do is take your money and have your computer sit in his store and give you excuses ofcourse by his employee til the customer gets frustrated and wants his computer back..... but he still wants to charge the $85 diagnostics fee which he said that will go towards the repair which will fix the computer and now he can't fix my computer for some reason but still wants the $85. I came in with an Infection Issue, and within the same day, within 3 hours the tech Alex that works there had it fixed, sped up, and working better then it had been in months! THANKS GUYS!
I've always had residual issues after primary repairs at this place. I had a hardrive replaced one time and I brought the system home and started it up.....It sound like a bunch of rocks spinning around inside, then it quit. Turns out that they installed an old junked hard drive. Had another hard drive installed months later and they lost my Outlook Express Address Book......Took it in for noise on start up.....turns out the fan is no good but all they did was clean it off and advised me (after charging me $75 dollars) that ... read more
