Modern Community Management and the manager "Simon Sparsh" have been very helpful and responsive. When I having a difficult time with the roof was leaking. He had taking immediate actions to solving any issues and fixing the roof and coordinate with the board. I am more than happy that the board found Modern Community Management to taking care of our condo. Thank you Simon and your teams.
I have had only positive experiences with Modern Community Management, particularly Simon Sparsh. MCM has been managing our community since 2020, when the homes were built. Whenever I have communicated with MCM Simon has always been quick to respond and so helpful. His professionalism and exceptional customer service have made every interaction that I have had with MCM a pleasure! We have enjoyed the association with Modern Community Management for the last 3.5 years. Over time we have fine tuned our relationship and have gotten things straightened out that our previous agency left hanging. Everyone from Manny on down has been patient and professional, helping us volunteer Board members go through the hazards of HOA leadership.
Both Servpro of North Highlands/Rio Linda and Voss ReCon serviced a unit for Whispering Lane Complex. Simon was very responsive and was in constant communication with me in regards to payments and following up with Adjusters on our behalf. He responded immediately to all my communications and was always very professional and informative. He is an asset to his company. For any future projects I look forward to working with him again.
