Armando & the Modern Comfort Air family have lightning fast response time, parts ordering with exceptionally quick turn around time. He responded timely, professionally, he cared about my home, cleanliness, left his work area cleaner than he found it, and I was very comfortable having him in my home. Even my dog loved him! Best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. Armando is professional, responsive (text him!), and very knowledgeable. The first quote I got from someone else was for $1400, and then he arrived and fixed the issue for $50, noting that the issue might need more serious repair if the issue continues. In other words, it wasn’t just a cheap fix, he was very upfront about what the issue was and why it might need more attention later. I can't say enough good things about this company!! From start to finish Armando and his team made this process simple and easy. We needed our entire system replaced and Armando took the time to patiently go over all of our options and helped us to make our decisions. Excellent service from start to finish. The technician arrived exactly on time and took the extra step of FaceTiming me to walk through the problem and the repair process. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me was that he noticed my furnace filters were dirty and returned the next day to replace them at no charge, leaving two additional filters as well. Outstanding customer care and professionalism.

Armando did a fantastic job on our heating and cooling system for our home. Came by for a check and basic maintenance and did a thorough check revealing very shoddy work from previous companies. He made some recommendations which we took. We replaced our duct worked and it feels like we upgraded to a system 3x as strong.
