Alex came at the beginning of summer when I was dying of hotness and fixed my a/c. He was responsive to my messages. Very professional and showed up on time. What really impressed me was he spoke to me, answered my questions and even though I couldn't be there when he came to fix it ( my hubby was there) Alex made sure to tell me what the issues were and what he did. Other companies wanted to deal with a man only Definitely recommend Alex for your heating and cooling needs
