Horrible customer service, they never show up to clean my carpet. Don't use this company.
Be cautious before booking. I scheduled a cleaning service and later canceled with reasonable notice, but they still tried to charge me the full amount—even though I was never informed of a cancellation policy, never signed anything, and nothing was mentioned at the time of booking. When I questioned it, they responded with intimidating messages and claimed they “win cases in court” over this. Very unprofessional.
