The main character is very straightforward and I love his honesty. Some may see it as rudeness, but I love that he doesn’t sugar coat anything. He’s my kind of person. If he isn’t % sure he can do a good job he’ll be sure to tell you! No guessing if something is going to come back poorly cleaned. They do an amazing job.
