We have gone to Modern Cleaners for a number of years now, and we have always been pleased with their cleaning expertise. I trust their advice in cleaning. So glad we have them here in Kearney!
When I went to drop off my items, I was not with the owner and specified how I’d wanted my 2 shirts to be laundered. However, when I picked up my garments, I was met with the owner who was exceptionally rude and delivered me my shirts that were not done correctly. I didn’t even want to argue with him out of fear that I wouldn’t get my clothes back, which were for a special occasion! Would never recommend!
Always very friendly and do a really nice job on shirts, slacks and dresses.
I brought in 20 shirts that needed to be dry cleaned. Nothing hard, very simple and I was not pressed for time on when they needed to be completed. An older gentleman was there when I walked in and Instantly had an attitude, threw a fit about the amount of shirts I needed done and didn’t seem to want the business. This guy is flat out unprofessional and I can understand why they only have a 2 star review.
