Lisa is a gem! I rented from her for over 5 years at two different locations. Very sweet and we will miss her!
I really luv coming to Modern City Properties. The owner is personable and lots on fun. If there is a party that night, she will always invite you and try to make sure you are having an amazing time. They make a variety of items for breakfast that they put out each morning but the conversation with the others staying in the house is usually interesting, especially at the community breakfast table. The other functions are usually a blast as well. We have been a few times now and we will be back!!!
