Celine did an amazing job on my services! The staff is great and will be coming here more when i can.
First timer here. Greeted immediately and joyfully. I felt welcomed. I came in for an acrylic fill and gel manicure. Celine was very careful and inspected her work closely. She redid one nail she wasn’t happy with. She finished with a wonderful hand massage and warm towel. I will definitely be back!
I called with questions of prices and they answered each question with patience and grace. I booked a last minute appointment, scheduled an hour before closing, and they still happily took me in.
I found this nail salon last minute after having a horrible experience at another nail salon just an hour prior. They are so welcoming and so talented. Especially Jasmine. I will walk in there with an inspiration photo and leave with something even better. They go above and beyond with their service and making your nail dreams come true. If you want a salon that cares I cannot recommend Be U more!
They do not keep up with appointments. I waited 35 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Which caused me to cancel my nails because of the time I wasted waiting. Another person came in for appointment they said come back tomorrow. Not acceptable. They did not acknowledge the shortfall or anything.
