Have used this place on two separate occasions and been pleased both times. Options for all budgets and a friendly, helpful staff. Skip the big box store and go to a place that KNOWS flooring. You'll be glad you did.
The sales and installation process went smoothly. A few months after installation one of my vinyl planks lifted and separated. I contacted the store and submitted photos as requested and was told I would get a response once the installation manager reviewed everything, but I never heard back. Several emails were sent over a few months time and still no response. I would never recommend this store due to Extremely Poor Customer Service! Today..a very talented Man was at the house for a carpet repair that our pet damage.He replaced 2 areas with new carpet..looks fantastic.. Modern Carpet is the BEST..very kind people..highly recommend..5 star always
