The sales and installation process went smoothly. A few months after installation one of my vinyl planks lifted and separated. I contacted the store and submitted photos as requested and was told I would get a response once the installation manager reviewed everything, but I never heard back. Several emails were sent over a few months time and still no response. I would never recommend this store due to Extremely Poor Customer Service! Today..a very talented Man was at the house for a carpet repair that our pet damage.He replaced 2 areas with new carpet..looks fantastic.. Modern Carpet is the BEST..very kind people..highly recommend..5 star always

We had hardwood floors installed and the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. Sales team was helpful patient and offered great suggestions. When Mike came out to measure he was helpful, friendly and explained all the issues that may arise and very professional and knowledgeable.
