Good family run business good service and do RWC
Took my car here because of a pulley noise, they said that all of them need replacing even the new one I had replaced. After a week of them having my car and almost $1000 the noise is still there. They wrote in the report that the alternator pulley is making the noise but instead of replacing this one they replaced all the other ones (if they replaced any at all) I'm stuck with the noise and $970 poorer. I will not be returning because I don't trust them touching my cars. I have three cars that I was going to have them work ... read more
The customer service and quality of work here is exceptional. I came past about 5 minutes from their closing time (as I had just left work when I heard an awful sound coming from my wheel), and they still put it up on the hoist and had a look. I couldn't be more grateful as you just don't get this type of service anymore. Thank you Modern car care, I really appreciate how you run your business and help you customers!
