Edit: I am editing this review with proof I went there, and that they requested an internal review. I will start this review by saying that if you have any problems, you should go to any other GM dealer that you are close to, Modern will provide you with a bad experience and may not even fix your car. I have a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq that was having some software problems. All of the hardware on the car was seemingly working fine, but the GPS functionality inside the car was not functioning correctly about 80% of the time. I too... read more
Just terrible. One sales person tells you one thing the other sends you completely different cars. So glad I didn’t have to work with these unprofessional people , please do better. Anthony is awful and I advice NOT DEALING WITH HIM ESPECIALLY. Told me to go buy another vehicle because it wasn’t possible just to find the exact vehicle for less than! Ps : In the text is one person stating to get me that same exact vehicle for the asking price and then the other is the Anthony guy stating what he said.
Be aware , they sell lemon cars , I got 2024 Escalade esv with 16k miles on it , I drove it after 2 days all dash lights came on , I dropped it in nearest dealership to see what’s wrong took them 3 weeks to try to fix it , I came back to this dealership they told me we accept 3 days return I got a deferent car I don’t like just to run my business they checked my credit score again to get approval they missed up my credit score
On our way home to Virginia on a Sunday our car happened to leave us stranded on I-85 in Burlington. Had it towed to the Modern dealership & left it there. Communicated by phone with the service representative the next day & she kept me informed on its progress of being repaired. The service rep. was so understanding & worked hard to get the car repaired as quick as possible. She was fantastic, calling me many times. THANK YOU for the great service.
