People at modern builders are very customer oriented congenial to talk to and knowledgeable on their items. I enjoyed going there even though I would’ve preferred them take my credit card over the phone so my maintenance guy could just pick up the materials. But company policy is what it is today And I would definitely go back there again the prices are good the quality of the materials is very good !!I recommended
