The folks here are real pros! Basically a source for professional construction companies to purchase materials. However, the public is welcome. The staff here is very knowledgeable and seasoned.
Friendly people
People at modern builders are very customer oriented congenial to talk to and knowledgeable on their items. I enjoyed going there even though I would’ve preferred them take my credit card over the phone so my maintenance guy could just pick up the materials. But company policy is what it is today And I would definitely go back there again the prices are good the quality of the materials is very good !!I recommended
