A couple if years past, I was looking for a contractor to replace 18 windows in a chalet style home. I spoke with Tim at modern who gave me a list of reputable contractors. Tim came out and measured and ordered the windows. Prior to going to modern I contact at least 4 other contractors that either refused the job due to no lift access, or just didnt return my call. If you want great product and better customer service , go see Tim or another associate. You wont be dissapointed.
