Rick and Jill completely renovated our kitchen and it is beautiful! Jill was very helpful with the design and the many decisions involved. I love everything she recommended. We stayed in budget too! All of the subcontractors were excellent, especially the company that matched our existing hardwood floors to new floors.

Rick and his crew are amazing! He does not sway from his original bid, and is punctual. The work and materials are quality and he meets time deadlines. He has renovated 2 bathrooms, tiled my fireplace, and did a complete kitchen renovation. They all look like they belong in a movie set now! The renovations have MORE than met my expectations!!! Rick is going to renovate my master bath after the holidays and recarpet. You can’t go wrong with a Modern Blu remodel!

We recently worked with Jill at Modern Blu to update our primary bathroom. Throughout the entire process, she was communicative, thorough, and made sure nothing was overlooked. She provided great design suggestions that we ended up incorporating into our bathroom. We are thrilled with the outcome of the project, and look forward to working with Modern Blu again for future updates to our home!

We were very pleased with our kitchen remodel/renovation. We did a complete demo, even knocking out a wall. Jill and the team of workers are very detailed. Nothing is rushed to skimp on quality, but at the same time, every piece gets done very timely. I would say our experience with the kitchen remodel was pretty seamless. Jill always made sure to communicate and keep us updated. This was our first ever remodel and couldn’t be happier!
