MBO did an excellent job repairing my Corvette after I was rear ended. Karl and Pete are very knowledgable and answered all my questions and then some. The turn around time was 4 days after State Farm approved the work. For a quality repair, I would highly recommend Modern Bench Operations.
Just had the best experience from Modern Bench Operations, We just picked up 2002 Honda Accord, the paint job was out of this world. Would recommend them for any auto job that needs the best of the best...
What started off as a great interaction with MBO ended up as a disaster. I would not recommend having your car repaired here. Here is what happened to me: I was rear-ended and the bumper cover needed replacing on my Volt. The HOV stickers needed to be removed and put on the new bumper. Karl stated that this would be no problem at all and they do this all the time. I didn't hear from MBO for 4 days. I was a little suspicious about all the raving here online...and had a great experience. What a pleasure to find an honest & talented shop. I had quotes from 2 close shops (that seem to be feeding *nicely* off rich collision insurance) and am thrilled I decided to try MBO. I'm certain the work is equal to or superior to the other shops, the price was fair, and the experience was first rate.
