Employees are sitting on the floor in an aisle and get up immediately when a customer comes in, to later keep asking you if you've shopped there before or have a license. As a hairstyling professional that has shopped at this location before, it is frustrating to keep being asked if you've shopped there before, I know not many people come in and it would be nice to be remembered. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m honestly shocked this place is still open. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and clearly had no idea what they were doing. I was asked for my ID and then immediately treated like I was suspicious, with a condescending attitude and unnecessary questions about how long I’ve been a hairstylist. Those girls are mean omg especially one girl, wish i got her name but jesus. I was talking to one of the workers while the other worker came and interrupted to talk about some personal issues like why would that be inappropriate time to do so I’m very sick and tired of just awful customer service, thaf girl should collectively take a look at herself, also for a beauty store the hair knowledge seemed kinda lacking which was surprising. maybe work on the customer service and hire people who actually know hair?
