I always have a great experience at the store. Nina is amazing, letting me know about any sales and knows the products that I like. I hope the staff work on a commission basis!!
The customer service and staff here are incredible. I go in at least once twice a week and there are nothing but helpful. It’s nice to walk into a place that see so many people and remembers your name and creates a great customer relationship! The lovely ladies are very knowledgable and helpful with any questions or concerns I have! If in college them 100 stars rating I would!! ♥️🌈🌹
Nina and Lauren at modern beauty in Burlington are the best! They are knowledgeable and friendly with the products they sell and offer alternatives for products not available! I have also experienced them going above and beyond when trying to get items in stock and notifying me of promotions!
