I make weekly trips to this location not because I have to but because I enjoy chatting with the staff and they make me feel at home. They are very knowledgeable and quick to help. Nina is amazing and one of the reasons I choose to come back to this location!
Always top notch customer service from the ladies here, especially Nina, Amandeep & Lauren. And the variety of product lines they carry is way better than other supply stores!
Don’t bother going if you don’t have your hairstyling license. I was just told I’m not even allowed to look around. Which is funny bc my hairdresser was going to make the purchase for me and do the install. It’s the businesses loss at the end of the day when someone is ready to drop $1000 on hair extensions and they can’t even buy it. I won’t bother telling my stylist to purchase from here either we can just order through the distributor
I drove a friend around to a number of different beauty supply outlets on June 3rd, 2025 and this was our second stop. My friend entered the store and was asked if she was a licensed hairstylist. When my friend responded that she was not and that she was just there to purchase product she was asked to leave. I can't say anything positive or negative about Modern Beauty other than to say that they should make it more clear, i.e. signage on their entry door or a note on google that it's not open to the general public.
