If I could give zero stars I would. Before purchasing a blow dryer from them, I was told I had 30 days for an in store exchange. Never mentioned any rules about this. So I bought a blow dryer from them and used it on a few clients only to find it does not get hot enough/blows cold air from the sides causing hair to get insanely frizzy. When taking it back, I was told it was getting hot & that there was nothing they could do because I’d used it.
