Everytime I go there I have an amazing experience! Everyone there is very helpful and very nice. They all help me out and help me work through problems and find solutions. Store looks amazing and is always organized. While I work on getting my license and am apprenticing they are my #1 store to go to. Love it here and recommend to all my apprentice and hairdresser freinds!
I make weekly trips to this location not because I have to but because I enjoy chatting with the staff and they make me feel at home. They are very knowledgeable and quick to help. Nina is amazing and one of the reasons I choose to come back to this location!
Always top notch customer service from the ladies here, especially Nina, Amandeep & Lauren. And the variety of product lines they carry is way better than other supply stores!
Don’t bother going if you don’t have your hairstyling license. I was just told I’m not even allowed to look around. Which is funny bc my hairdresser was going to make the purchase for me and do the install. It’s the businesses loss at the end of the day when someone is ready to drop $1000 on hair extensions and they can’t even buy it. I won’t bother telling my stylist to purchase from here either we can just order through the distributor
