They fired everyone's favorite salesperson recently, and no one there gives the same excellent customer service. Will be looking for a new supplier asap.
They lost the only good salesperson they had. The 2 left are borrible rude and know nothing about hair. One googles to give an answer to any question as they are uneducated think they know everything. And treat coworkers horribly. Cant keep staff cuz of management
