Amazing experience. Needed to replace a broken kitchen faucet. The last one we bought from Modern lasted 20 years so I figured it would be wise to see them for a replacement. Marion in sales was fantastic. She realized how important it was to me to not settle on whatever was in stock despite hoping to be able to tackle the project the same day. Amazing experience there, walked into parts literally no pictures or anything. Described my house pump and brought in the old piece and they built me a new pressure hose piece that worked perfect and saved the day/ future. Great Service, will definitely be first stop next time 🤟🏼
