I love this business. They have ALWAYS treated me with respect. They take the time to explain to me exactly what's wrong with my vehicle. Another feature that I love is that they will come to you and pick up your vehicle. That really helps when you have no way of getting back home or if you are a single parent with children. It's a real pleasure to know that Ryan Baxter and his crew are honest and above board. I highly recommend his shop.

I haven’t even been in yet but I am already impressed with the customer service I just had on the phone! I have a limited schedule and the lady on the phone(wish I could remember her name) offered to set me up with a loaner vehicle so I didn’t have to wait so long since I’m having break issues. Super appreciative of this!
I just got a flat driving through Fruitland on my home. I stopped at a gas station to put on my spare but was not able to get the lug nuts off the tire. I called Modern Auto because they were closest, but I'm so glad I did! They told me to come right over and one of the mechanics there paused what he was working on to help me. Not only did he get the spare on for me but also fixed a loose bolt on the strut that was causing my van to shake while driving. Would not have made it home without his help! I called on a Friday told them what was wrong and a place in Ontario wanted to charge me a lot more. Angela was awesome gave me a quote had the work done and my truck by Wednesday. Truck runs awesome stops on a dime. I just found my new mechanics for all my needs look forward to doing more business with the team at Modern Auto service.
Our first experience with modern auto wasn’t too awesome at the start, a lot of things took a bad turn and with the owner being away we had to wait till he got back to talk to him. When he came back he went above and beyond to fix the situation and not a lot of owners take that kind of time to make things right. This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change on a vehicle. They gave me a ride back to work so that I could leave my vehicle there for them to work on. I got an email once they began the service with photos of what they found, suggestions on what may be needed and found a nail in my tire that I didn’t even know I had! They text me asking if I would like them to just do the oil or also their suggestions. Awesome process, amazing customer service. Ryan—you have done an amazing job with Modern Auto!!!!
