I rarely write reviews—usually, a simple thank-you to the business is enough. But Rudy Rodriguez from J&J Auto Service deserves far more than that. Yesterday, three hours from my destination for a funeral this weekend, my 2014 diesel Grand Cherokee blew a hole in a small coolant line.
