I have never left a bad review at a salon simply because I have never had this kind of experience. I went to this salon on March 23rd, 2025. The stylist was very kind and friendly but unfortunately the service was a disaster. The photos attached were taken 6 days after the service, March 29th 2025. Did not have a good experience at this place. I went for my birthday in June because my regular place moved and prices looked better here, but my hair was completely orange when I asked for a natural, caramel balayage. I was horrified when I got home because they had me leave with my hair not completely dried. Looking through the reviews, I did not know you could go back to fix anything, nor did I have the time to, so I just washed my hair as much as possible. I included the result and the reference photo I gave.
