Derek came to appraise my house and after I saw the appraisal, I thought he had the wrong house! It had so many glaring mistakes! The wrong (lower) square footage, 1 fireplace - I have 2. My roof is metal and he put tile, my windows are very nice wood and he put vinyl. I totally renovated this house and added 800 sq ft in 2016 and he had " you have no updates in 15 years".
