I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary team. Bane is my ESA companion of 12 years, and over the last year he went from about 60 lbs down to 44 and eventually lost the ability to walk. It was heartbreaking to watch. After his very first dose of treatment, he was eating more and walking without shaking. This place treated me so kindly as a first time dog owner. They worked with me when I was having financial hardships and genuinely seemed to care about my doggo. I highly recommend them.
Warning! Parking is challenging! You have to park in a lot and then walk about 2 blocks through the shopping complex: and Modern Animal doesn’t give you any parking instructions!!! the people here, particularly the vet techs, are really kind. But the vets themselves are highly uneducated. I took my dog in for help and across the next week, she proceeded to get worse and worse. Despite me paying $5000 in total and leaving her with them all day for 2 days in a row under hospitalization, they failed to recognize her condition was not improving and that she needed intensive care beyond what they were doing. I had low expectations for this place as I thought it was another chain owned by private equity; and I couldn't have been more wrong. The Vets and Vet Techs here are the most caring, helpful, and welcoming Vet staff I've ever worked with. Each time we come in, we've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes and I feel like it's usually instant into the care room. I recommend them to everybody.
