Update - Absolutely the sweetest vet and vet techs, they treat my dog like he’s their own. Everyone is so knowledgable and takes the time to answer as many questions as you have and they meet your dog at their comfort level. My dog is actually so excited to go to the vet - and I can’t say that about any other office in the area. Really like this place. I like the app and the ease of scheduling. I feel listened to and the doctors are friendly and show great care. Yes you’re spending more but it’s worth it I think. Unfortunately there are issues: You don’t have the ability to contact your clinic directly. It’s like they have a call center for all their clinics and it’s difficult to get ahold of who you need quickly. Also there’s never any employee in the lobby. This clinic is truly wonderful! They treat my dog like their own baby. Since Niuniu is a bit shy, the staff always take the time to approach her gently and build trust before starting any treatment. They even gave her a bravery certificate, which was such a sweet touch. I’ve always had great experiences here and can’t recommend them enough!
I’ve been coming here since it opened and even bought annual plans for my two dogs. Recently, I was charged $50 for my first-ever cancellation after I tested positive for COVID. I was trying to be responsible and keep the staff and other guests safe. I’m very disappointed.
