I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Modern Animal. Every visit has been such a pleasant one—the staff truly takes the time to cater to your pet while making you feel comfortable every step of the way. They thoroughly explain all of your options and help you make the best decision for your animal without ever making you feel pressured. Once you can see a Vet it's good. But when you call to ask a question because the system will not allow you to log in, and you wait all afternoon for a call back, because I've already paid for the $169 plan. I called into your help desk weeks ago, and never got a call back. I would rate your response rate as poor.

Dr. K is most kind, compassionate and caring vet we have had in over 20 years. Her team are all very helpful. The other drs step in when she isn’t available and it very easy. They are all great!! When you are in crisis like we are now they keep us calm to help our sweet baby. Thank you Dr Kohout and team!!
The real downside of Modern Animal is you cannot just call the damn office -- everything is done on the app. I really REALLY hate that. BUT - my visit this week was amazing and the doctor could not have been nicer and more helpful!!!
