In response to Kevin C***, you and I arranged for that job to start by pumping the water out of the crawlspace so the work could be done. I received a call on Friday to hold off on coming out with the pump. So I did not show up on Monday because I was informed on Friday to hold up on the job. Sorry for the confusion. I was waiting for your call, when I called no one answered. Where do we go from here? Thanks Steve
Terrible job Replaced AC unit and fixed duct. Charged 7000$. Came back 7 times in a year. Third time unit wasn't cooling properly. Said it was a duct problem. Added a crossover duct. Charged us. Fourth time unit wasn't cooling properly. Said it was a duct problem. Replaced condensation pump because water was running out in the floor and changed fan motor. Charged us. Sixth time out because unit wasn't cooling properly. Said it was a duct problem. Gave a 1200$ bid. Seventh time out unit wouldn't come on in the spring. Fixed t... read more
