Ive used this company for many years and had no problems and I love the service technician. Ever since Mia in the office left and and they have some new guy in the office Ive had a problem with him. They are giving me the run around and after a service man already went out and reviewed our ac unit twice and gave us prior approval in the office to have our insurance reinstated, but they are giving me the run around as if it never happened and I have my whole life to just follow up with them rather than the other way around.
