Okay so I’ve never made a review wasn’t sure how. This is the third time I’m trying this. I called to get my furnace serviced. I asked would they service mobile homes? She told me not unless they have serviced it in the past. I asked without being sarcastic how can you not service mobile homes unless you have in the past? She said well we have tried with mobile homes but several people haven’t paid. So I’m being told if you live in a mobile home we don’t think you can afford us. No return phone call for requested quote. Amended Review: The above comment from me was done in haste and without a follow-up call by me which is my usual way. Jason called after reading the initial comment. He apologized. I requested and he gave me the quote I wanted. I selected the system I wanted. They did a great job installing a heat pump (Ryan and Brandon) to work with my gas furnace. They were responsive to my personal preferences by having their technician Justin come to the house twice. I appreciate the "home town" ... read more
