DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We started having problems with our furnace in December 2011. Luckily, or unluckily as it turned out, we had recently purchased our home so the furnace and other major appliances were partially covered by a home warranty (American Home Shield) that the seller had purchased for us. We contacted AHS and they assigned Modern Air to our ticket and told us that we should be receiving a call from them within the hour.
