Dale and his crew are always approachable, patient, and professional. I have had many questions (I’m 81) about the technology and have always gotten answers that are easy to understand. The whole office deserve an ATTA BOY.
Dale has always been kind and courteous. I was having multiple problems with my hearing aids, all that needed to be done was to be updated. Dale updated and cleaned them. When I was leaving I couldn't find my hearing aid charger. I was sure I had it with me. Dale helped look for it, looking around in the office, he went outside to look for them not just once but twice. On more than one occasion, Dale has opened his practice outside his normal hours in order to fix a major problem for me. The office is warm and welcoming.
