So Friendly, helpful, and accommodating Never a hearing aid problem too small
I went to Modern Accoustics to have my annual hearing exam and to have my hearing aids checked. I had not been hearing very well with them at all. Dale gave me a thorough exam and saw that my hearing aids had been programmed all wrong by a previous audiologist and that was the cause of the limited output I was receiving. Once Dale readjusted the programming, I could hear so much better. I highly recommend Dale at Modern Accoustics for any of your hearing needs. You will not be disappointed!

Nice experience all around. Dale Woodward the owner, performed the hearing exam for me. He is Board Certified and detailed in describing the exam & outcome, all while being personable. In my case, my hearing was good enough to not require hearing aids at this time. You will not get the "hard sell" at Modern Acoustics like some of the heavily-advertised national chains. This is a honest & professional operation.
Our experience at Modern Acoustics was great. We had a hearing assessment at a different audiologist a week prior, but wanted a second option. Dale was very professional, pleasant and straight-forward in comparing our options. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of different manufacturers and features of the aids available to us using our insurance benefits. We left feeling very confident in our decision to purchase with him.
