Fast & reliable. Need to keep ac running for my elderly mom. Explained urgency to Modern AC and they rearranged their appointments for her. The tech arrived and repaired her unit quickly and also gave her a senior citizen discount. Can't beat that. Thanks for the great service. Jim

First Class Company Purchased a new high efficiency system from Modern AC. My Handler is in the closet on the 2nd floor and I had a water overflow in the past that ruined my ceiling on the first floor. Scott designed a new emergency drain pan with a cutoff switch to protect my wood floors. I saved a lot of money with the FPL Rebate, Federal Tax Credit, and just sent in the application for the Cash for Clunkers. Scott guided me thru the steps necessary to qualify and save almost $4000. Experience/Reliable/Honesty In contacting Modern AC Tech, Fl and speaking with the owner ( Scott) it was like talking to an old friend. He went out of his way to offer immediate service as well as literally got in his truck and in a matter of minutes was at my front door.
