I cannot say this is a quiet community. It currently sounds like a nightclub in the apartment beneath me. And this is not the first time. I call the courtesy officer but it doesn't seem like they do anything. Sometimes they won't even answer the phone. Very frustrating. Update: One week later, neighbor continues to blast their TV almost every evening.
Been a week since moving in and overall move in experience has been fantastic and I am so grateful to Ashley Brown for assisting me step by step in the process and being so quick to answer all my questions during the application process. She is extremely professional, patient and helpful So far the amenities are fantastic and there seems to be ample parking spots in the community. The red flags are real…if you care to read reviews I hope you pay more attention to the red flags than I did. I applied to this complex on a Friday afternoon closer to 5pm to which I was sent three emails immediately after on next steps. I sent an email to Ashley in the leasing office on clarification of who should be verifying employment income (which wasn’t clear seeing as though they ensure you send over two recent paystubs and two bank statements) as the form had to be signed and emailed directly back to them. I moved in this past August. Duvall Westside was very accommodating and friendly. Customer service was great. Especially, Nikita. She went above and beyond. Made my transition very smooth.
My move in experience was great. Nikita went out of her way to ensure that my paperwork was submitted on time. I had trouble pulling the necessary paperwork but Nikita and her team worked with me to get my family and I in our new home. Nikita was very professional, polite and understanding.
