I’ve been living here a couple of weeks and I love it more and more each day. Reagan is amazing !! She was my leasing agent and my current point of contact whenever I need anything. She goes above and beyond and she really cares. She’s a true professional! Very competent and reliable. Sienna just joined the team recently and she is so sweet , helpful and kind.
Wanted to live here but my car got towed while I was touring they have no parking. Told us we could only have one spot for a 2 bedroom apartment. Stay away at all costs. Seems to be plenty of open spots.
Hello, I don’t like writing negative reviews, but it’s important that people know what’s going on here! Parking is a major problem at this complex. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful place. Residents with a second vehicle are told their only option is to pay the city to park in the Rays lots, which are now closing, and this will be enforced starting March 1st. There’s a lot to love about Modera St. Petersburg. The building itself is beautiful, the amenities are well-maintained, and the overall design and location are great. The staff on site have also been excellent (Regan and Victoria in particular have been friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful). Unfortunately, the parking situation significantly detracts from what would otherwise be a fantastic living experience. This place is amazing with amenities, location. But the caveats we now see would be deal breakers. I wish we could do it over again, or if the leasing staff had honestly told us about these issues, now we are stuck. 1. The brand new (2024) apartment building chose not to build enough parking spots in the parking garage (HUGE oversight). 1 parking spot PER APARTMENT! (1 and 2 bedrooms)!
