Fine building and location, parking is a nightmare
Steer clear of this train wreck. I visited Moderna Saint Petersburg on Friday March 14, 2025. They had one unit I was interested in which was 1728, which is a three bedroom they charge around 4200 a month for. I took a tour with Jeanette And she did a good job explaining everything to me, however, inside the unit, I noticed the kitchen was all laminated cheap cabinets which were already falling apart prior to anyone Ever living there. Do not live here!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had at an apartment. If you get a two bedroom unit you only get one parking pass. You will not have anywhere to park your car and they just raised pricing for everything. Also this apartment complex got hit by the hurricane and I’ve heard from a few tenants that there’s mold in their units & the property manager did not want to move them to a new unit even though they kept getting sick and saw mold. Run if you can! The management here is horrible!!!
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the living conditions in our building, particularly as a single mother who prioritizes safety and a peaceful environment for my family. Despite paying some of the highest rent in the building for the supposed security of a top-floor unit, I have unfortunately found the opposite to be true.
