If I could give this property zero stars, I would. For the amount of rent we pay, the condition of this property is completely unacceptable. The parking garage is consistently dirty, and the dirt gets tracked into the hallway carpets and even into our home. The pool frequently looks cloudy and poorly maintained, making it uninviting to use. The landscaping has also declined and is not being maintained to the standard you would expect from a luxury apartment community. After living here for almost a year, here’s my most objective review of Modera: Pros: - Leasing office: Regan is phenomenal and has always been very helpful when called upon. Have had limited interactions with others but they seem nice. Rochelle made the move-in process very easy, though I did not interact with her personally. - Amenities: The two gyms (one main and one cardio/yoga) are very well maintained and cleaned regularly. Been here for a few months now, living space and common areas are top notch. A+ location. I also want to highlight Victoria, she gave me a walk through unscheduled and has been there for me every step of the way from applying, to move in, and anything else that I have needed since then. She is awesome
If i could give them 0 stars. This building has no signage of guest parking to pay for parking where I parked I was personally told by the resident to park in future resident parking and ran up stairs to give her mom something came back amd a parking ticket! $55 when I didnt have no signage saying to pay register and I called office and was told they would follow back up no email no anything I dispute itcwith pictured denied appealed it I have to pay $25 to appeal !!!! Absolutely lovely place to live if you are living alone or only have one car. Everything about this complex has been amazing except the parking scenario. I’m not sure how, but they somehow made the parking garage too small when building this complex (maybe not a problem somewhere like NYC but imagine making this mistake in Florida where everyone needs their car every day and public transport is not easily available) .
