Most unprofessional and horrible staff I have ever dealt with in any type of industry in my life. Rochelle, the manager is particularly loathsome. She's rude and unkind does not care at all about the residents that live there. She would literally not even put you out if you were on fire! Not to mention nobody ever gets back to you there if you send emails leave messages just consider it to be unanswered. The building is nice but it's way overpriced. MODERA ST. PETE absolute best place to live in downtown St Pete!!! After surviving Evo Apartments in the Marina District (shoutout to Jessica and the Team, she and the staff are amazing and this is no reflection on them, more of my personal experience with both buildings), I made the jump to Modera St. Pete worried about not being two blocks from the bay and oh. my. lord. All I can say is WOW. Amazing staff and amazing place. Huge shoutout to Cailin, Victoria, Jeanette, Rochelle, and Reagan! And also to the great maintenance staff! We moved in about a month ago and had to change units last minute. The team made it as seamless and easy as possible. Since then living here has been amazing. The building is new, kept up nicely, and in a superb location, no complaints!
