Having lived at Modera for over a year, I can say that the management of the building is not doing this place any justice. The good: The complex is beautiful, obviously. The location is great too. The residents living here - amazingly kind and helpful. This is mainly why I had decided to renew at Modera. The bad: Amenities are constantly broken. Pool closings. Modera St Pete - what's not to love about this place? From the finishes in the units to the amenities and common areas, it's extremely stylish and a gorgeous place to call home. But the most important part about calling this home is the staff - every person that works here is absolutely amazing, so welcoming, helpful, competent, and kind. Rochelle, the property manager rocks, and put the perfect team in place, from front desk to maintenance, and they all feel like family. Certainly my favorite place I've ever lived!
Really solid place to live. The front desk team—Victoria, Reagan, and Sienna—are awesome and create a great vibe around the property. Plus, Jose from maintenance is always on top of things and handles any apartment fixes quickly. Definitely makes living here smooth and easy!
Victoria and Regan are amazing and extremely helpful. Very fortunate to have such a great team at the apartment complex.
One thing I will give this apartment is that the management and onsite team are amazing. They have always been kind, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the building itself had a number of oversights that may seem small at first but become significant once you actually live here. Parking: Every review mentions this, and for good reason. It was a major oversight to build a property with not only zero guest parking, but also not enough spaces for the number of residents.
