RecommendedThis is an amazing place to live. What makes this place amazing more than anything is the staff. Molly the manager is beyond amazing and Alex the assistant manager is so kind and knowledgeable. Diane works for all the Modera's so hard. Chris the maintenance manager and Christian his tech do an amazing job helping keep the complex in great working order. The only thing missing from the town of Needham, is a publix. I sure do love those sandwiches 🤔
RecommendedThe best value for money, excellent location and various great amenities. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Management team led by Molly are super friendly and helpful. We leased for a year when we moved to the US after in-depth careful screening vs all other similar places in Needham and neighboring towns, Modera Needham wins by far. Great community and nice neighbors as well. Walking distance from Broadmeadow school, very close to the high way yet we don't hear the noise. Highly recommended for families indeed.
